Created in the 19th century, this fish cutlery set for 12 people is made of 925 sterling silver, hallmarked with the Head of Minerva, and sold in the silversmith’s shop
The handles are silver, and the knife blades and fork tines are steel; the set comes in its original case, featuring an elegant design inspired by the Louis XVI style.
They are finely crafted and chased, and appreciated for their design; however, it is important to note signs of normal wear, as well as some missing pieces and restorations on the knife handles (see photos).
