Set of four Chinese porcelain plates, hand-painted in the so-called “Famille Rose” glazes, recognizable by their opaque pinks and purples. The center panel is adorned with a bouquet of peonies and flowers, accompanied by small flowering shoots. The rim is encircled by a green-and-black trellis border, punctuated with floral motifs, and accented by a purple line and an ochre line along the edge.

Since the decoration is entirely hand-painted, each plate exhibits some variations—a hallmark of 18th-century workshop craftsmanship.

Condition
Very good overall condition for pieces of this age. Two plates have minor chipping along the rim (tiny chips at the edge, which are common and not serious); the other two are in perfect condition. The gold border is intact on all four. On one plate, the purple border is slightly faded in places. One plate shows slight, minor chipping in the center of the dish.
