Ww1 German Aviators Flight Helmet

First World War Imperial German aviators crash/flight helmet. Having two crash bands, one running the lower circumference and the other mounted as a crest. The body retains a good amount of its original field green paint to the exterior and has a thick black leather peak to the front. Leather chinstrap that is secure with a metal buckle and has intergraded ear pieces, aswell as a separate soft leather neck curtain to the rear. Interior is complete with its tan leather, tongued liner that is secured with a dark green cord (appears to be period). A good example of a scarce helmet, some flaking to paint but nice condition overall.
