Technical and equestrian engraving entitled "Manège, Selle à la Royale et Selle Raze", representing two models of saddles used in the art of manège and learned equitation.
The plate consists of two distinct saddles superimposed, showing with precision the structure and details of these ceremonial and manège saddles. The first figure shows a Royal-style saddle, with its generous, upturned shape, high cantle and padded pommels designed to support the rider. The second figure illustrates a raze saddle, with a lowered, lightened profile.
