Whitened buffalo band 6 cm wide, total length (excluding fastening straps) 137 cm, finished at each end with a whitened buffalo strap 2.5 cm long and 11 cm wide. Stitched bayonet holster with bleached buffalo gusset (H 17 cm x 6 cm), and a tab that attaches to the shoulder strap with a rolled bleached buffalo button (2.5 high x 10 cm).
Gibern consists of a black patent leather case (H 13 cm x 21 cm x 8 cm), complete with its two brass buckles attached underneath for attaching the bandolier, and a third for attaching the pattelette. On the back of the case, a 4.5 cm-high black patent leather band is sewn to hold the banner. Bleached calfskin tab, length 11.5 cm, max. H. 3 cm, attached to the back of the case on the left-hand side, for buttoning to the uniform.
Black patent leather pattelette (H 18 cm x 25.5 cm) with an 8 cm high x 5 cm wide cast brass flaming bomb in the center, attached by means of back tabs with steel wire running through.
