Vase Soliflore Venetian Blown Glass Murano Vintage 50-60 Filigrana/zanfirico
Elegant soliflore vase, Murano blown glass, Venetian craftsmanship from the 1950s-60s. Filigrana or Zanfirico decoration, red and colorless inserted into the mass. Bubble-shaped body with long, narrow, slightly flared neck, serrated rim, highlighted by two heat-applied, twisted snake-like handles wrapping around the neck. The body is decorated with 5 red stems at the base, and the tall foot is decorated with 2 coiled red stems, on a flat round base. Inspired by the 16th-century "vetri a serpenti" style.
29cm high, approx. 8cm diameter max, 9cm wide at the handles. Mint condition, no cracks or chips, small discreet surface scratches on the top of the body (approx. 2cm). Approx. 200gr.
