Magnificent and rare large turned wood lamp of baluster form resting on a stepped square base, edited by the French house Le Dauphin, original label under the base, "Verdennes" model. Vintage 1970s. Beautifully varnished light-colored wood underlined by fine glossy black edging, a sober, elegant design enhanced by its imposing size. The ensemble illustrates the timeless style of Le Dauphin lighting fixtures, blending classical inspiration with mid-twentieth-century decorative aesthetics.

Functional. Height 62cm max to socket. Base 16x16 cm and maximum shaft diameter approx. 17-18cm. Original electric cord with European plug and switch, 1.30m long. All in very good condition, with a few slight traces of use and minor wear on the wood and edging, discreet and consistent with age. Approx. 2-2,500kg.
