Beautiful decorative element in carved, openwork wood, forming a pediment or trim for the top of a mirror, piece of furniture or woodwork.

The composition is organized around an elegant central basket garnished with fruit or flowers, framed by wide foliate scrolls in a spirit inspired by the Louis XV repertoire.

This highly ornamental piece captivates with its beautiful symmetrical design, strong relief and decorative presence. It has been re-gilded with 23 .75 carat gold leaf, water gilding ,restoring a beautiful shine while highlighting the sculpture work.
