This pair of antique candlesticks reflects the elegance of 19th-century French styles, particularly those of the Louis-Philippe period. Crafted from patinated bronze (the dark parts) and finely chased gilt bronze.
They feature a tapered columnar shaft resting on a triangular base adorned with rich scrolls and acanthus leaves.
