Jehanne Mazeline: Vines At Chateau Leoville (medoc)

Jehanne Mazeline, Heuzé born in Rouen in the nineteenth century, was a pupil of Giraud, Giacometti and Ms. Lemaire in Paris and Benliure in Rome, that's how his training was complete! She exhibited at the 1879 Salon in 1909. She also traveled in the South West of France where these watercolors were found; 25.3 X 35.5 cm, in the state, small tears, light photo-oxidation, stains and droppings of flies, unsigned, but located and dated 1893. Original composition where the shadow of the castle gate is almost up 'the vines from which one perceives the Garonne and the right bank in the distance.
