Pair Of Louis XV Style Armchairs
A pair of Louis XV style armchairs in carved and molded beechwood. The upper rail of the backrest, as well as the seat rail, are decorated in the center with flowers and foliate clasps.
The legs have a graceful cabriole shape adorned with acanthus leaves and terminate in scrolled feet. We have intentionally retained the aged leather, which is very elegant. These chairs have been restored, treated, and waxed. They are sturdy and in excellent condition.
Louis XV period, circa 1750.
