This unusual hinged rigid bracelet is made of silver, inlaid all around with a band of tortoiseshell or horn set with ten six-pointed stars in thick gold plating and adorned with inlaid gold netting. At the ends of the hinge and the opening, there is a gold, or gold-plated, decoration engraved with tortoiseshell motifs.
