Napoleon III Era Travel Kit
We are offering for sale this superb Napoleon III period (1852-1870) travel kit containing all the necessary toiletries: shaving equipment, a mirror, brushes, a shaving brush, etc. The set is arranged on three levels; the shiny parts are silver-plated, not silver. The case is made of ebonized wood, embellished with brass trim. A magnificent brass medallion, cut and chased in the Boulle style, adorns the center of the lid and the front.
