A lovely Gothic-style display stand with "chapel entrance" back panel, crafted from solid oak carved of foliage, holding a rack of six straight, 17th-century Flemish-style pewter spoons, bearing a beautiful crowned hallmark (BK).
Folk work, 19th century; spoons, copies of 17th-century Flemish pieces, are superb.
In good condition, however: some cracking on solid back panel, and a little wear on edge of one spoon.
