"Vintage Wooden Model Of An Arm, "the Arm Of God And The Creation Of Adam""
Magnificent wooden model, probably life-size. A forearm with a hand and a small part of the arm are visible. It is likely inspired by the arm of God depicted in the Sistine Chapel, illustrating the Creation of Adam. This work is signed by Michelangelo. This arm is later and probably dates from the 20th century; an earlier date is possible, but unlikely in my opinion. Two fingers have been broken and then glued back on.
Dimensions:
Total length: 47 cm;
Arm: 9 cm x 7.3 cm (L x W).
