"Tsuba Mi Edo Period (1603/1868)"
Naga Maru Gata (oval) shaped tsuba. Made of chiseled iron in the Hira Bori style and inlaid with Taka Zogan copper, gilt copper, and silver uniformly on both sides. Depicts a pagoda in nature at the foot of a mountain with a temple and stylized birds in flight.
Slight oxidation, no unnecessary cleaning.
Dimensions: 8.3cm x 8cm, thickness: 4mm.
