Large portrait of a woman arranging pearls in her jewelry box, Flemish or Dutch school, very early 19th century. This painting, with its dark colors and intimate atmosphere, is largely inspired by 17th-century Flemish portraits. A coat of arms is depicted in the upper right corner of the portrait. Our painting is in good condition, with some minor old touch-ups and restorations. The frame is later, in black and gold lacquered wood. Dimensions of the canvas only: 92cm x 73cm
