Superb Art Deco tea service by Ravinet d'Enfert, comprising a tray, a milk jug, a coffee pot, a teapot, and a sugar bowl. Dimensions: Tray: 58 x 34.5 cm; Coffee pot height: 19 cm; Teapot height: 18 cm; Milk jug height: 10 cm; Sugar bowl height: 12 cm. Signed and numbered. The company, founded in 1845 by E. Tonnelier, was acquired in 1882 by Louis Ravinet (1854-1925). In 1891, Charles d'Enfert (1865-1960) partnered with Louis Ravinet, and the company adopted the name Ravinet d'Enfert. The Ravinet d'Enfert offices are located in the former Hôtel de Caumartin, 83 rue du Temple in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, in the heart of the Marais district.
