Richly Decorated Dutch Tobacco Box - 18th Century
"18th Century Dutch Tobacco Box" An 18th-century Dutch snuffbox in engraved brass, rectangular in shape with rounded corners, entirely engraved on all sides. The rim is decorated with scenes and inscriptions. The lid of this 18th-century snuffbox bears undeciphered inscriptions and a scene with a snake. The lower part is engraved with a gallery of figures. The snuffbox comes from a private collection and is in very good condition.
