Pewter dish from Arras - Early 19th century. Small dish with a molded rim. Double hallmarked on the rim at the level of the edge. Lion of Flanders in a shield surmounted by the rat of Arras. The second hallmark depicts a crowned shield with a hammer and the initials "JB," perhaps for Jean or Joseph Baillon? In very good condition. Diameter 29.3 cm
