Hallmark of Jean-Antoine Charton, received as master around 1680: Moor's head / C / 1609 / IEANANTOINE CHARTON. Ownership or gauging mark (?).
Height: 17.3 cm.
Geneva, late 17th or early 18th century.
In used condition, a peripheral repair is noted at the junction of the body and the foot.
The date 1609 legible on the hallmark does not date the object; it refers to an earlier regulation.
