A beautiful bronze sculpture with two patinas (medallion and black) entitled "The Slave," exhibited at the Fine Arts Exhibition in Paris. This is indicated in a framed inscription on the front of the base. On the base, one can see Pinédo's signature accompanied by a bronze hallmark certifying the material. At the other end of the base, there is a hallmark composed of two letters, difficult to decipher (EP or ET), see photo. The patina shows some signs of wear from wiping.
