A very fine silver denarius of Charlemagne, minted in Pavia, Italy. Dated 774 AD. It measures 20 mm in diameter and weighs 1.72 grams. This coin is graded R2 and is in Very Fine+ condition, with a slight die break on the reverse. Otherwise, the coin is complete and well-centered.
