"Antique Baby Bottle "
A terracotta feeding bottle, Roman period, 3rd century, with an ovoid body, a flared neck with a strainer at its junction with a short spout. A handle on the back. The spout is nipple-shaped, clearly defined by the difference in color, thus emphasizing the image of the breast with its areola and nipple. The object has some losses (small cracks under the handle and marine concretions). It comes from a very old collection in the south of France. Height: 26 cm, width: 16 cm
