Louis XVI Period Gilt Bronze Wall Sconce Alcove Cartel 16th 18th Century
Rare small gilt bronze alcove cartel clock with a two-gong strike and a wheel escapement. Model N/ 52 listed in the "Collection of drawings - model of clocks" kept at the INHA library. It is described as follows: "antique cartel clock with vase and laurel garlands". The collaborators who worked on the creation of this model are Robert Osmond and Antoine Foulet.
