Blown glass bird, original creation by the famous Finnish designer Oiva Toikka (1931-2019) for the Nuutajärvi glassworks (Finland). This model entitled "Whip-Poor-Will" belongs to the prestigious "Birds by Toikka" series, emblematic of 20th century Scandinavian design. This bird is distinguished by its hues mixing brown nuances with a bluish iridescence, crossed by perfectly regular white spirals.
