German officer's sword, WW2 period, Model 61, with its scabbard and its strap, XX°. Bronze mount in the BLÜCHER style with one ornate branch and long tail cap entirely engraved with oak leaf. Filigree fuse with brass wire. Quillon at right angle and curved tip. Ear decorated with the Eagle and insignia of the Reich. Slightly curved blade with rounded back, dorsal fuller and pointed counter edge. Leather blade tie present. Black lacquered metal scabbard, presence of locking screws, 1 bail ring.
