"Carved Linden Putti, Italy, 18th Century"
Putti in lime wood carved in the round, represented standing on a cloud dressed in a drape with delicately sculpted folds, he holds in his left hand a sheet wrapped around his arm. Beautiful patina. Refined Italian work from the first half of the 18th century with harmonious proportions.
