A beautiful painted copper sculpture of devotional origin. The support is antique, the copper thick and of the right weight. It is possible that it is a Spanish or Central and Southern Italian work, given that the frame is reminiscent of Roman examples. The copper, placed under glass, is in excellent condition. The frame, too, retains all its bronze inserts, both those with the cherubs and the beautiful gilded bronze frames.
