Armand Godard - French sculptor creating in the Art Deco spirit. Known for his representations of women, most often in motion. He created a series of bronze and ivory sculptures for the Edmond Etling foundry, located on Rue de Paradis. In the 1920s and 1930s, he exhibited his works at the French Salons. He participated in the Paris World's Fair in 1937. A victim of wartime persecution, he died in 1940.
