Rectangular musical snuff box in 18-carat gold, weight 221 g. Guilloché “à cercles” decoration and polychrome enamels. At the centre of the lid, a basket of enamelled flowers with butterflies and small hardstone insets. Border and sides with vegetal motifs in blue and black enamel. Winding keyhole with original key. Interior with perfectly working “sur plateau” musical movement. Struck with Swiss control marks and maker’s mark of Georges Raymond Lamy & Cie. Excellent condition, enamels intact.
