Mahogany and mahogany veneer coffee table, attributed to Jean-François Dubut, circa 1775. Resting on a sheathed jamb finished in tapered legs and joined by a kidney-shaped crotch shelf, the fluted compartment opening to a curtain of articulated slats and topped with a white marble top surrounded by a gallery. A slit in the back.
