Chinese hard porcelain teapot, decorated with famille rose enamels in the typical "Canton" style, palace scenes in cartouches alternating with flowers and birds. The "Canton" style was created in China for export to Europe around 1850, this style will last until today, the quality of the enamels and designs gradually decreasing. This teapot is part of the good production period, the second half of the 19th century. Perfect condition, no cracks or chips, no restoration. Pours well. Insignificant wear from use. 20cm x 13cm.
