Art Nouveau Slip Pot From The Onnaing Earthenware Factory

Very beautiful barbotine planter from the 1900 - 1920 Art Nouveau period from the Onnaing earthenware factory.
The upper edge is decorated with three protruding blue chestnuts that can be found on the belly in two other places.
The rest of the decoration is essentially composed of chestnut leaves in bistre and pink tones. The two sides are identical.
The two handles are rather knotty branches in a wood tone that matches the decoration well.
The quadripod base ensures good stability for the object. It is in the tone of the handles but takes up the main motif of chestnuts and chestnut leaves.
The interior is carmine red, one of the usual colors of the earthenware factory with pastel blue.
The dimensions are generous: 34.5 cm from one tip to the other of the handles, 23 cm at the opening and 20.5 cm in height.
Beautiful signature with a half-sun from the period 1900 - 1910 accompanied by the mark of the factory and the model number 805.
The object is in perfect condition, only a millimeter chip on the upper edge will be revealed by the careful examination of a trained eye (last photo).
