"The Huts. Oil On Cardboard. 20th Century"
This painting is certainly a travel sketch. It is an oil painting on wood. The painting is located in a very dense forest, we see two huts or teepees in the center, we can guess a third one on the right and a circular roof on the left. There is a lot of mystery in not knowing where the painting is located. The composition is very beautiful with lighting coming from above, perhaps from the sun filtering through the trees. The painter uses an expressive and rapid touch, with visible brushstrokes and a rich palette of greens, ochres, browns and touches of yellow light. The painting measures 22 × 16 cm.
