Women's Navy Wool Ski Jacket And Pants - Galeries Lafayette Circa 1930-40

Women's ski sportswear set, navy blue wool jacket and pants, designed by Aux Galeries Lafayette, Paris. High-waisted jacket, buttoned crossover panels, pea coat-style flap collar and two vertical pockets, elastic and side buckle tightening at the waist. Baggy pants with flap pockets in the back, side buttoning and cotton drawstrings at the ankles. No lining but two internal straps in the back of the jacket. Note very slight tiny white marks on one sleeve, the wool cloth is marked with a slight mark on a transverse line on the thighs of the pants, probably from skiing. No moth holes, nor other defects to report. Good overall condition.
Dimensions: Equivalent to women's size 39-40 France. Jacket: shoulders 40 cm, chest 96 cm, height 45 cm, sleeves 56 cm. Pants: height 107 cm, waist 75 cm.
