"Tuscan Reliquary Chase - Late 18th Century -"
Our glazed reliquary is made of wood, with a gilded base, palmette, and firepot. Probably from the Tuscany region in the late 18th century. On the back are some wax seals. The reliquary has probably been opened for cleaning and offers many notable ex-ossibus relics of early-century Martyr saints in a rich, brightly colored floral arrangement on a wallpapered background.
Sharing their presence are Saint Mauri, Martyr, relics of Saint Ruffini, Martyr, Saint Giusti, Martyr, Saint Benigni, Martyr, Saint Illuminati, and Saint Severi.
