Reliquary Altarpiece Of Saint Prosper - 18th Century
A Virgin and Child sits enthroned in the center of this gilded and polychromed wooden altarpiece. It overlooks an important ex-ossibus relic in a bag of Saint Prosper, a relic authenticated by a wax seal placed on the back of this piece. The altarpiece is surmounted by a pediment with a representation of the Sacred Heart.
