Balbino Giner (1910-1976) Originally from Valenciennes, winner of the Prix de Rome, Balbino Giner settled in Roussillon in the 1940s, where he created and produced most of his work. He died in 1976 and is buried in the Collioure cemetery, not far from the great Castilian poet Antonio Machado. Black felt pen drawing Signed and dated 63 lower left.
