Belle époque Diamond And Platinum Pendant With Its Original Chain – Early 20th Century
Elegant Belle Époque pendant in platinum and 18 karat gold, designed as an openwork composition of scrolling foliage and stylised volutes, entirely set with diamonds.
At the centre is a diamond weighing approximately 0.70 carat, highlighted by an airy arrangement of old-cut diamonds. The pierced platinum work, delicate millegrain setting and graceful lines exemplify the refinement and craftsmanship characteristic of Belle Époque jewellery.
The total diamond weight is estimated at approximately 2.40 to 2.80 carats.
The pendant is accompanied by its original platinum chain, accented with bezel-set diamonds, forming a particularly harmonious ensemble that has become increasingly difficult to find complete and preserved in its original condition.
