"City Of Agen 1770, Silver And Rock Crystal Rattle"
Extremely rare solid silver rattle from Agen with a rock crystal handle. It is in perfect condition and has no missing parts on the bells, which is rather rare. It is hallmarked twice. An AN hallmark on the base of the whistle, for the town of Agen around 1770. A second hallmark, legible but not identified, shows several intertwined capital letters. It weighs approximately 105 grams.
