"Pair Of Louis XV Style Silver-plated Candlesticks"
A pair of finely crafted silver-plated candlesticks with floral engraving. The base of the candlesticks is octagonal with a profiled edge. The body, base, and drip tray are removable. Belle époque Louis XV style.Marked with a maker's mark "CB" with a sunburst in the center. Made by Cailar & Bayard, ca. 1850.
Very heavy silvering, only on the top of the foot, slight copper visible under the stem.
