Chinese Bronze Stirrups
A beautiful pair of Chinese cast bronze stirrups with outward facing dragon heads. The steps have a coin background depicting a coin symbol which represents luck and prosperity. The stirrups were of similar design from around the 16th to early 20th centuries, but this pair can be dated to the late 18th to early 19th centuries due to the fine natural patina and elegance of the utensils.
