I beg you to communicate it to all those who are in a position to appreciate the happiness that France enjoys under the reign of the Bourbons. (1). Charles-Jacques De Fadate de St Georges (1779-1854) is a French politician before and after the Revolution. He became Prefect of Côte-du-Nord in 1827 by royal decree under Charles X, until the Revolution of July 1830, when he resigned and retired into private life.
