Magnificent box - candy box in Limoges porcelain decorated with two large friezes entirely made in double gold inlay on its lid as well as its lower part, all on a blue oven background. The lid is decorated with a very beautiful star pattern and finely made in fine gold. The two friezes are embellished with scroll patterns. This very beautiful oval-shaped box was made in the workshops of the porcelain decorator André Prévot located in Limoges, rue Elisée Reclus in 1952 then at 9 rue Bougainville in 1963.
