Gilded Wooden Prayer Hotel Ornament, India 19th Century
Rare and very beautiful decorative element in gilded wood with a pare-close from a prayer hotel. Very richly decorated with winged goddesses, our object in very good condition of sculpture and gilding nevertheless has some gaps at the level of the pare-close mirrors. Double-sided, it must have been enthroned at the top of this mobile temple. India, late 18th/early 19th century.
