Jili camail - or mosette -, short priestly cape worn over the cassock or choir habit (rochet) by Catholic ecclesiastical dignitaries.
Here, it is a canon's camail: black fabric with purple edging and rabbit fur. With small hood ("disappeared" after the 1940s). Purple inner lining.
First half of the 20th century.

All buttons are present (sewn by hand).
