Important Art Deco Bronze Sculpture "nature And Fauna" By Lucien Alliot Era Bouraine, Gory
Artist: Lucien Charles Edouard Alliot
Art Deco Bronze Sculpture with polychrome patina "nature Et Faune" by the emeritus sculptor Lucien Charles Edouard Alliot (1877-1956). This sculpture symbolizes the metaphor of nourishing Nature through an elegant young girl leaning over to feed a kneeling faun with abundant bunches of grapes. The two subjects, with brown and gold patinas, rest on a double base in bronze and green marble. Very beautiful quality of chiseling and magnificent patina. Signature on the terrace "L. ALLIOT" with the addition of the words "BRONZE"
