Circa 1880-1900 France Matinée or negligee in very fine white openwork percale and its English embroidery frills dating from the end of the 19th century from a castle in the Paris region. Cape with officer collar and large Berthe flounce covering the shoulders. Beautiful openwork work bordering the flounces in English embroidery entirely made by hand. Cleaned and clean piece, without defect. Exceptional state of conservation. Dimensions: Equivalent size 38-40 France. Height 120 cm, shoulders 48 cm, collar 38 cm, flounces of 7 cm, wingspan of the bottom 257 cm.
