He lived in the Bas-Rhin, in Mulhouse. A passionate craftsman, he sold his works well beyond France, in Sweden, Germany, Switzerland and the United States. One of his works also adorned Jacques Chirac's office. Here is a stylized representation of Dambach la ville in the Bas-Rhin (67). Solid oak frame. Signed lower right Lucien Esslinger and located Dambach la ville in pencil on the back. Very good condition (see descriptive photos) Dimensions of marquetry alone: 33x40 cm
